Returns & ReplacementsCarmella will accept requests for returns on full priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery to you. Items must be returned in new and re-saleable condition.Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit.
Please email info@shopcarmella.com to receive a return authorization number prior to sending your return. Returns received after two weeks from the reciept of authorization will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer. Please note that Carmella is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking. We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items.
